The Financial Accounting software is a easy to use to tool to record transactions and to know the current status of any business. Be it as a Trading company, Sales unit, Inductry with production, manufacturing, training business, financial institution what ever it may be.

The financial accounting consists of 3 major modules one for creating party master and to record transactions like purchase, sales, payment, receipt. Second one is the Ledger module where it has ledgers classified as assets, liabilities, income and expenditure. Third one is the journal vouchers. Evey transaction will affect in two ledgers. One on the credit side and another on the debit side.

A particular ledger will have entries on both the sides and a final summary of balance. The major reports are the Trial Balance, The Trading account which deals with the Income and Expenditure.


The Balance sheet summary of assets and liabilities. The balance sheet can be generated by taking summary of assets, summary of liabilities and comparing the balaces and adjusting the difference as "Reserve and Surplus"
